CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
Beginning Step Aerobics-- Low Impact Step Aerobics Class for
                                          Beginner and Intermediate Levels (45 min)

Cardio Boxing-- Low impact boxing drills. Class participants are
                          divided into pairs for sparring. Gloves and impact
                          mitts are provided. Fitness gloves are recommended.
                         (45 min)

Power Sculpt-- Advanced level strength conditioning and muscle toning
                        classes. (45 min)

Diet Support-- Weekly food support meetings that provide an open
                       forum for clients and non-clients to ask dietary
                       questions. (45 min)

Circuit Training-- is a combination of high-intensity aerobics and
                          resistance training designed to be easy to follow and
                          target fat loss, muscle building and heart-lung fitness.
                          The time between exercises in circuit training is short,
                          often with rapid movement to the next exercise.
                          Each exercise is executed for 45-60 sec.
                          Beginner to Advanced (45 min)

BOSU Sculpt-- The BOSU class is a completely unique and
                       multidimensional training class that integrates: Core,
                       functional and balance training. BOSU™Interval
                       combines cardiovascular intervals with balance training
                       on the bosu. (45 min)
BOOTCAMP -- Intermediate to Advanced level fitness class
                      which includes cardio and resistance training
                      delivered in a bootcamp format. (60 min)

CardioZONE-- Intermediate to Advanced level high-impact aerobic class
                      that includes cardio dance moves without using difficult
                      choreography. (45 min)

Pilates-- This is an exercise class that is focused on building strength
              without bulk, improving flexibility and agility, and helping to
              prevent injury. (60 min)

Yoga Sculpt-- is a combination of yoga inspired movements and
                      innovative resistance exercises using afree weights for
                      increased muscle endurance. This maximal power-up
                      session builds strength, stamina, and flexibility.  (60 min)

AB BLAST-- An intense abdominal training session that includes free
                   weights and natural body weight to tone and tighten the
                   mid-section. This class in non-stop and is recommended for
                   Intermediate to Advanced levels. (30 min)

POWER Cardio-- Intermediate to Advanced level high-impact aerobics
                          class that incorporates the use of fitness steps and
                          plyometrics to burn more calories and maximize
                          cardio-endurance. (45 min)
