SELECT A FITNESS ASSESSMENT APPOINTMENT:
Fitness Assessment:
Each potential challenger participant will be given up to 1 hour to complete the fitness assessment below. The top 20 finishers will be invited to participate in the Warrior Challenge.

Event #1: 100 Sit-ups, Event #2: 50 Modified Push-ups, Event #3: 200ct Steps (4-tier),
Event #4: 100 Plated Chest Press w/25 lb plate, Event #5: Fastest 1 Mile,
Event #6: 100 Leg Extensions w/40 lbs, Event #7: 100 Bicep Curls w/18 lb bar,
Event #8: Longest Low Plank, Event #9: Longest Squat, Event #10: 50 Jack Knives
Challenge Policies and Training Options:
All Challengers are required to workout with the Challenge Personal Trainer 4 times per week or 8 hours per week.  Sessions may be scheduled Monday through Sunday. All Challengers will have open access to the gym and unlimited access to all classes offered at Get Fit during the Challenge. All further details of the Challenge will be explained during the Pre-Challenge Meetings.

The cost per 2 hour Personal Training Session is $20.00. Payment plans will be available for all Challengers. A $100.00 registration fee is due from every participant by June 6th, 2011.
